On Thursday January 30th, a select group of Realtors were able to get a first glimpse of the newest luxury development in Rosslyn, Pierce.
Slated for delivery in 2021, Pierce will be a 26-story condominium with 104 residences that will have floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the Potomac and the D.C. skyline. It will be one of 3 buildings in a larger project called Highlands which will include 2 apartment buildings and 40,000 square feet of retail, with CVS among the early tenants to sign on to the project.
While official pricing is not yet available, units are expected to range from $900,000 to $3,000,000. 18 floor plans ranging from 1 Bed + Den starting at 1,270 sf to 3 Bed starting at 2,411 sf are available.
